This is THE scooter for ages 8+. One look at the design tells you this two-wheeled scooter is ready for adventure. One ride on its smooth-gliding, extra-grippy fat wheels shows you it can handle your slickest moves with ease. Good on paved and unpaved surfaces, the rocket provides cool looks, folding convenience and rugged Micro build quality in one unique ride. When you’re ready to blast off, the Rocket is ready for you.

The Rocket comes completely assembled, with a patented double-button folding system. To unfold, simply loosen the clamp on the folding mechanism, then push in and hold the 2 buttons on either side of the front wheel. Unfold your scooter and ride.

The two-way kickstand can be kicked forward or back when you're ready to ride. We recommend kicking it forward to ride, so that when you're ready to park, you can use your toe to deploy the stand. It's the cool way to park your ride.

SAFETY - We recommend that riders wear a helmet. This scooter is not designed for jumps or stunts, but our Freestyle Scooters are.

What's the actual differences between the Rocket and this Monster Bullet???
maestro on Jul 3, 2017
Monster Bullet
Monster Bullet
BEST ANSWER: They are virtually the same scooter. The only difference, aside from color, is the rear wheel-- the Monster Bullet features a smaller rear wheel whereas the Rocket features the same wheel in front and in back.

For the rider, this difference is nominal and hard to notice. We are discontinuing the Monster Bullet due to how similar it is to the Rocket. Please call us if you have further questions-- we have a toll-free telephone number, 888-236-5657, and are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
For a 6 year old's first 2 wheel scooter after 3 years on the mini, which is best - the rocket or the sprite? It's mainly for city scooting on a lot of uneven sidewalks.
Curious on Jun 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hello! We do not have any 2-wheelers that are safety-tested for someone that is only six years old; rather, the two models you have linked above (Rocket and Sprite) are safety-tested for riders ages 8+. This means that we would need your kiddo to become a bit older before we could suggest either of these models.

In terms of the differences between the Rocket and Sprite, the Rocket's wide wheels will provide more stability and traction but at a slight sacrifice of rolling distance and speed; the Rocket is also a bit heavier. The Sprite, conversely, is super lightweight and portable and will be easier to maneuver and steer when compared to the (heavier) Rocket. The Sprite will also be a bit easier to propel.

So, while both options are great 2-wheelers for riders ages 8+, the key difference will be the traction/stability provided by the Rocket vs the portability/ease of use of the Sprite. Cheers!
is this scooter, with the wider tires, any slower than the normal width tires? i.e. do you get less glide per kick?
Tonia M on May 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you will have less gliding distance (per kick) when you use a scooter with wider wheels. Wider wheels = more traction/grip but at a sacrifice of rolling distance
What are the wheels made out of? It seems like they would be softer than standard polyurethane to take advantage of the wider shape.
Kevin V on Jan 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi Kevin, these wheels feature the same type of uber-smooth polyurethane as our other scooters-- they are simply wider/bigger (but not any softer)
My son is 10 and rides for speed and tricks. Is this a choice? His friend has The Prodigy Envy, but I've heard your products better.....suggestions please. Thank you
Jen Z on Dec 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This scooter is *not* suitable for any types of jumps or tricks. If you plan to do any types of jumps/tricks, please select one of our stunt scooters:

Stunt scooters feature entirely different designs (do not fold or adjust, very rigid construction), cheers!
What are the dimensions of the rocket? My daughter is 6'1", 218lbs. & wears a size 12 men's shoe.
She wants one for college.
Stacey on Nov 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Deck = 13.5 x 5 inches
Height of steering = 23 to 35 inches
Wheel diameter = 120mm
Wheel width = 64mm
Weight limit (this includes clothing, backpack, etc): 220 pounds
Weight of scooter itself: 9.6 pounds
Looking for scooters, I'm 6'4" 285 lbs. Is there ANYTHING in your 2 wheels that would work? No stunts, nothing crazy, just looking to get out and cruise. Thanks!
RayH9891 on Jul 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi there! We do not have any scooters with a weight limit greater than 250 pounds (the Suspension scooter can hold up to 250 pounds, all of our other adult products hold up to 220 pounds). Thus, we do not currently have a scooter for you as of 7/25/16, apologies!
Best scooter for 200lbs?
Kris E on May 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: All of our teen/adult products can hold a rider weighing up to 220 pounds-- thus, you are free to choose any of the styles on the teen/adult landing page. Cheers!
