We are missing our order (or a part of our order). What do we do? Missing package?

Oftentimes, UPS and USPS are able to track down the package within a day or two; generally, missing package claims are resolved in 2-8 business days. If you need help contacting UPS or USPS, give us a call (888-236-5657) or email (email@example.com).
Missing package claims must be filed with the carrier and/or Micro Kickboard within 30 days of the marked delivery date; we cannot guarantee lost merchandise reported more than 30 days after marked delivery
