How do I package a return? I don’t have the original shipping box

Firstly, we do not require you to return merchandise in the original shipping box. Please feel free to use any type of box in which the product return can comfortably and snuggly fit. In terms of packaging the item(s), please wrap the goods in newspaper or brown “shipping paper” to prevent scratches along the way.

We have found that the Post Office (USPS) is generally the most-affordable carrier for product returns. In order to offer a full refund/exchange value for returned merchandise, we must receive the returned merchandise in a “brand new” condition, ie. the returned goods can be sold to someone else as new/unused.  Returns most be completed within 30 days of the original purchase.
