Processing and Shipping time?
COVID-19 Shipping/Processing Time Update:
Please note, we are working hard to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible while keeping our team safe and adhering to government restrictions and CDC guidelines. We are currently able to process and ship orders within 5-10 business days of receiving them. You will receive confirmation of your order once we receive it and another email once your order has shipped with your tracking number.

Transit time varies depending on the customer proximity to our warehouse, located in Grand Rapids, MI.
All scooter and kickboard orders ship via UPS, which typically arrive within 1 – 5 business days after shipping.
Most parts and smaller item orders (not containing a scooter) ship via USPS, and typically do not require more than 5-7 business days of transit time.
**Please also note, while UPS is currently operational, deliveries are dependent on each state's current delivery restrictions.
