How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! You can track your order here, make sure you have your order number, email address, and the billing name under which the order was placed.

Please allow sufficient time for us to process and ship your order prior to tracking its progress at the link above— most orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Just to note, orders containing scooters, bikes, and/or helmets will ship via UPS. Orders containing only smaller parts/accessories will ship via USPS (Post Office).
