Can I return a scooter if we don’t like it? What is your return policy? Free returns?

As long as the scooter has not been used outdoors (and its wheels have no outdoor wear), you are free to return the scooter within the first 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  We do not charge a restocking fee.

In terms of sending the scooter back to us, you are free to use any carrier that is convenient (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc) as they all deliver to our headquarters.  Please include a copy of the sales receipt with your return as this will help us process the return in a timely manner.  Following is our full return address:

We do not offer free return shipping as this point in time.*  However, if you have troubles arranging a return shipment, please contact us— we are happy to help.

 

*Please note, during the holiday season we offer free returns on new, unused items purchased from November 1 to December 31 at microkickboard.com. Free holiday returns are available until January 31st, 2017. To submit a request for a return, please visit our Holiday Returns page
