Details

When pitted sidewalks and bumpy streets wear down wheels, it’s easy to replace them. Each wheel comes with bearings and spacer pre-installed. (Order two if replacing both front wheels.) 120mm.

To install:

  1. Use two 1/8 Allen keys. Insert one into the screw side (which is completely round) and one into the bolt side.
  2. Hold the bolt side still, and turn the Allen key in the screw side counter-clockwise until it loosens. If the blue lock-tight glue used in the original manufacture is still in place, you may need to use a little muscle to loosen the screw.
  3. Pop the wheel out, replace it with a new one, and reattach the screw.

Exactly what we needed
The original wheels were worn from lots of use so we got new ones before handing the scooter down to my youngest kiddo. The tires make it feel like new and it should last her for a long time!

We currently have one Mini and 2 Maxi scooters for our children 3, 4, and 7. The Mini has gone through 2 boys and the wheels needed to be replaced! So grateful that I didn't have to buy a new scooter. Micro Kickboard definitely provides quality products.

My daughter has been riding her scooter for about 3 years now. It's in great condition but she's outgrown it so we are going to give it to our youngest to ride. However, our daughter has put a lot of miles on her scooter and the wheels need to be replaced.

Can these be used on a 'Maxi'?
Stroller on Mar 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are not compatible with the Micro Maxi scooter (ages 5-12)
How do you remove the wheels? My daughter couldn't get them off.
Mary C on Feb 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You use a pair of Allen Keys-- one on each side of the wheel. The wheels arrive with EZ-follow picture instructions, we can also help via telephone-- we have a toll-free telephone number, 888-236-5657, and are open Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Cheers!
